Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
This policy covers epicfungame.com (the "Site") and your EpicFunGame account. EpicFunGame is a free-to-play
social casino operated by IT GAME LLC ("we", "us", "our"), who is the controller of the personal
information described here. EpicFunGame is not a real-money gambling service: there is no way to
win money or anything of real-world value. Using the Site or opening an account means you accept
this policy.
What reaches us
Because you typed it. The registration details you give us — name, email address, phone number
and date of birth.
Because your browser sent it. IP address, approximate location, device and browser
characteristics, and a record of how you move around the Site.
Because you bought something. If you choose an optional coin pack, our payment provider handles
the transaction and returns a confirmation. Full card numbers never reach us and we do not store them.
What we do with it
We use it to open and run your free account, to deliver and improve the games, to process optional
coin purchases, to contact you about your account, to keep the Site secure and detect abuse, and to
meet obligations the law places on us.
Who else sees it
Your registration details are passed to the gaming-platform provider that powers EpicFunGame, acting
on our instructions, because the account lives there. Beyond that: our hosting, analytics and
payment vendors, and anyone we are legally compelled to tell. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies to function, to keep you signed in, to remember preferences and to measure
usage. Your browser settings control them. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account is open and as long as the purposes above require. After that we delete
or anonymise it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
Your say over it
Depending where you live you may be able to ask for a copy of your information, correct it, delete
it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. Email support@epicfungame.com and we will handle it.
Under 18s
EpicFunGame is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you
think a minor has registered, tell us at support@epicfungame.com and we will remove the account and its data.
Revisions
We may revise this policy. Anything material will appear here against a fresh "last updated" date.
