These terms are the agreement between you and IT GAME LLC ("we", "us", "our") covering EpicFunGame
at epicfungame.com. Opening an account or using the Site means you accept them. If any of it does not
work for you, please do not use EpicFunGame.

1. This is a game, not a wager

EpicFunGame exists for entertainment. The games are not real-money gambling and there is **no
opportunity whatsoever to win real money, prizes, goods or anything else of real-world value**.
Coins, credits and every other in-game item are virtual, hold no monetary value, cannot be
redeemed, exchanged, transferred or cashed out, and are licensed to you for use inside EpicFunGame
alone. Because nothing real is at stake, EpicFunGame is free and lawful to play in all 50 United
States and Washington, D.C.

2. Who may play

You must be 18 or older. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we may suspend any account we
believe belongs to a minor or otherwise breaches these terms.

3. Your account is yours to look after

Give us accurate details and keep them current. Keep your password to yourself. One account per
person — do not register more than one, and do not use anybody else's.

4. Optional coin packs

Playing EpicFunGame costs nothing. If you choose to buy a coin pack, you are buying virtual items
only. They carry no real-world value, and all such purchases are final and non-refundable
except where the law or the relevant app store requires otherwise.

5. Playing fair

Do not cheat, exploit defects, run bots or scripts, reverse-engineer the games, probe or attack our
systems, or infringe anyone's rights. We will close accounts that do.

6. What belongs to whom

EpicFunGame, its games, artwork, text and branding belong to IT GAME LLC or our licensors. You get
a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use EpicFunGame for your own non-commercial
entertainment. Nothing more transfers to you.

7. Limits on our liability

EpicFunGame is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. So far as the law allows,
IT GAME LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use
of EpicFunGame.

8. Ending things

You can stop and ask us to close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account
that breaches these terms, or where we must to protect EpicFunGame or other players.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where IT GAME LLC is established, setting

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; the current version always sits at this address with its "last updated"
date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
